Helex Bio was founded in Hyderabad India by a team led by Dr Poulami Chaudhuri (CEO), Anirudh Nishtala, (COO) and Rohini Kalvakuntla (CGO). Their inspiration was to make high quality and accessible genetic medicines to address large unmet medical needs. Starting with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease, Helex will leverage their proprietary drug design and LNP platform to develop a robust pipeline of first-in class medicines targeting chronic kidney diseases.
