The upcoming
Berlin Center for Gene & Cell Therapies will host Co.Lab Berlin as of 2028 and will further strengthen this vibrant ecosystem and offer a pathway for growth to our resident companies. Bayer Co.Lab Berlin, aligning with the visions of the
National Strategy for Gene and Cell Therapies and the
Bayer Life Sciences Campus project, is a launchpad for start-ups and entrepreneurs to play a central role in Berlin’s biotech boom.
Bayer Co.Lab Berlin is currently welcoming applications from start-up companies working in the ATMP and / or oncology fields. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Ready-to-use S1/S2 certifiable lab pods for confidential research, equipped with tissue culture hoods, incubators, centrifuges, and more. Shared lab space with larger equipment such as autoclaves, microscopes, FACS and more. Co-working office space with workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen facilities and lounge areas.
